Description
This 1967 Pontiac GTO convertible is powered by a 400ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission. The engine features three two-barrel carburetors and a Safe-T-Track differential. The car is finished in blue with a white power-operated convertible top and features stacked headlights, a hood scoop, GTO badging, and chrome trim on the grille, bumpers, window surrounds, and rocker panels.
Rally II 15" wheels with chrome trim rings are mounted with 215/65 front and 245/60 rear BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel drum brakes, and the brake components and rear shocks were replaced in 2023.
The interior includes front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in Parchment vinyl. Equipment consists of a full-length center console, a Hurst shifter, a Mustang cassette stereo, a heater, and a locking glovebox. The carpeting, seat belts, and door sill plates were replaced in 2023. The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer, a fuel-level gauge, and auxiliary gauges mounted below the dash.
The 400ci V8 is equipped with a tri-power setup and was refinished in 2023. Additional work included installation of a Pertronix ignition system and replacement of the fuel tank, fuel pump, water pump, wiring harnesses, timing chain, and heater core.
