This 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396 sport coupe is powered by a 402ci Turbo-Jet V8 rated at 350 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque, paired with a Muncie M20 four-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt rear axle with 3.31:1 gears.
The body is finished in Black Cherry with white stripes and features a cowl-induction hood, black grille and taillight panel, T3 headlights, twin side mirrors, chrome bumpers, and 14" Sport wheels with Goodyear Poly Glas tires. The car is equipped with power steering, the F41 suspension package, and power-assisted front disc brakes with rear drums.
The interior features black vinyl upholstery with rebuilt bucket seats, a rear bench, replacement door panels and trim, and a Hurst shifter. Equipment includes an AM radio, heater/defroster, front shoulder belts, and an SS-branded steering wheel with a replacement gauge cluster displaying a 120-mph speedometer, 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary readouts.
