1972 Chevrolet K5 Blazer

This 1972 Chevrolet K5 Blazer CST 4�4 is finished in black with a removable white single-wall hardtop and features the Highlander equipment group. The body was refinished and fitted with new glass, woodgrain trim, bumpers, emblems, and a front grille. It rides on white 15" steel wheels with hubcaps and 31�10.50" BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A white-letter tires. Suspension and steering upgrades include replacement shocks and springs, dual steering stabilizers, and power steering. Braking is handled by power-assisted four-wheel discs.
The interior features white vinyl upholstery with multi-tone green plaid Highlander inserts on the bucket seats and rear bench. Woodgrain trim accents the dashboard and doors, and equipment includes a center console, lap belts, door armrests, air conditioning, and a retro-look digital radio. The two-spoke steering wheel fronts a 100-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges for fuel level, battery, coolant temperature, and oil pressure.
Power comes from a rebuilt 350ci V8 equipped with a Holley Sniper 2 EFI system, Hyper Spark ignition, an Edelbrock intake manifold, and a dual exhaust system with Flowmaster FlowFX mufflers. Additional features include a Cold Case aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, a 140-amp alternator, and a rebuilt starter. Power is delivered through a rebuilt three-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a 12-bolt rear axle with a limited-slip differential. The frame was media-blasted and powder-coated during the refurbishment.
